This week I appeared on MSNBC’s “Squawk  Box” alongside Tom Farley, former NYSE president and current CEO of Far Peak,  to discuss whether new spending out of Washington D.C. will help or hurt the U.S. economy. I believe our government is taking a bold approach to addressing infrastructure issues and long-term challenges that we’ve kicked down the road for decades.

Yes, we have to acknowledge that we’re dealing with inflation right now, but there was never a magic bullet that would give the precise formula for guiding our nation through a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic economically. Investments in infrastructure are needed now if we want to remain competitive in the global economy and help brings things back closer to how they ought to be.

Check out this clip from the interview, and let me know your thoughts.

Stay in the light.
