In an inspirational segment of John Hope Bryant’s Straight Talk Video Series, Bryant connects with Virginia Commonweath University students and authors of the recently viral Black Excellence video series, Terrence and Terry Everett. The two brothers explain how they’re “making smart cool” by traveling to schools, churches and educational events instilling hope and encouraging youth to achieve higher education. John Hope Bryant believes that the students embody the essence of his Silver Rights Movement. He encourages them to stay the course by awarding them with scholarships and the opportunity to intern for Operation HOPE!
