I am particularly proud of HOPE Leader James "Jay" Bailey, who leads an Operation HOPE, Atlanta team during the day, promotes the HOPE mission at night, and even mentors under-resourced inner-city youth on weekends. Jay Bailey is a man making a difference in his community, and we are pleased to recognize his leadership and achievement, on behalf of others.
