As I celebrate my birthday today, I am humbled by the transformational impact the last year has produced and excited for all that is to come. Last year alone, through the solutions and advocacy deployed by our HOPE Inside model, Operation HOPE helped deliver more than 170,000 financial services to individuals, small businesses and families in more than 1,800 communities across the nation and around the world—exceeding our 2019 client services goal. We currently stand at 150+ fully operational locations across 23 U.S. states plus Puerto Rico, supported by more than 95 strategic partners, and another 350 committed locations pending. By the end of 2020, we project a total of 1000 HOPE Inside locations, current and committed, combined.
And we are back at it this year. So far we have formed our new HOPE Governing Board that is near final with its 2020 class of directors, and are continuing to grow our HOPE Global Board of Advisors. Our HOPE In Hand mobile app is near completion for a Phase 1 launch, and we are preparing for an outstanding 2020 HOPE Global Forum in Atlanta, May 27-29, with the theme, The Future of Capitalism.
