Urban inner-city neighborhoods near job centers are fast becoming the gold mines I have said they were. Now we must work to insure that investors, long time residents and those that care about the community have the same opportunity to share in this economic uplift.

It is time we need begin to have real conversations about class and poverty in our cities, neighborhoods and homes.

One opportunity to keep you eyes focused on, that just might change everything, are Qualified Opportunity Zones. QOZ’s will quickly begin to attract real capital into neighborhoods that you care deeply about. This very could be a great thing for all involved. I just want to make sure, that you and the broader neighborhood are involved.   Financial literacy is the new civil rights issue of our generation.  We call it silver rights.
