I was honored to be asked to join a collection of some of the top minds, thinkers and leaders from around the world for the 2018 Summit of the Mind, where I spoke on the topic: How To Deal With Our Most Intractable Problems?
I spoke about the work of Operation HOPE — empowering and uplifting human capital to prepare them for an aspirational Life, and the work of the award winning HOPE Inside model, which now has more than 130 operating locations throughout North America. HOPE Inside is moving credit scores more than 120 points over a 24 month period, and creating and giving birth to a new generation of stakeholders: homeowners, small business owners, entrepreneurs and resilient leaders for the future.
We currently have more than 400 locations operational or on order from partners, and a goal of 1,000 HOPE Inside locations by year 2020, throughout North America.
Many of the leaders from the Summit expressed serious interest in bringing the HOPE Inside model to their country or region. We will become ‘the Starbucks of Financial Inclusion.’
