As an actively engaged entrepreneur in business, I understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy forms of stress.
I also understand the very big difference between stress and pressure. One the world tries to do to me, and the other I mostly do to myself.
Self-induced pressure can be a good thing, but I guarantee you that world induced stress ~ is not.
The mostly unhealthy stress that the outside world manufacturers and dumps at the doorstep of your life daily, can only serve to break you down. It is actually depressing the very mental endorphins you need to ‘fire and ignite’ (imagination, aspiration, hope), on the right side of your brain. To fire and ignite, so that you can win.
I cannot underscore enough how important it is to refresh yourself — often if not on a daily basis. You would be surprised to learn how much of our so-called problems are not actually external to us. But the one thing I can guarantee you, is the solutions to your problems are not.
Welcome to Refresh Yourself Monday.
