They are brilliant business people, and humble servant leaders in the same breath, who truly understand and believe in the ethos of "doing well by doing good too." Dealer Principals, Gregory and Juanita Baranco are widely recognized as Georgia’s most experienced and trustworthy automotive veterans. Since 1978 the Barancos have successfully operated automotive brands including General Motors, American Honda and now, Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead.

But, Employee Development is just the beginning for the Barancos. On behalf of the dealership, the couple is actively involved in a plethora of charitable causes and community development initiatives, ranging from support of the Arts, to Feeding the Homeless; from supporting The Wounded Warrior campaign to sponsoring the annual Teddy Bear Crusade, benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. And, there are many, many others.
Perhaps the culture and ‘giving’ mentality can best be summarized in the Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead mission statement. Interestingly, all 160 employees have memorized the verse:

Simple or not, it is a mission statement worthy of respect and admiration.
