This Forum is organized by the World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund and brings together CSO representatives, Bank and Fund staff, government officials, and other stakeholders to exchange views on a variety of topics ranging from global economic recovery, and food price volatility, to climate change.

Joining our session, “A Global Money Initiative Workshop to discuss the ‘language of money’ and how it is applied in international countries” will be John Hope Bryant, Operation HOPE Founder, Chairman and CEO; Shannon Campbell, Director of the Global Money Initiative; Sue Rutledge, Coordinator of the World Bank Global Program on Consumer Protection and Financial Literacy; Thierry Tanoh, Vice President Sub-Saharan Africa at the International Finance Corporation(of the World Bank Group); and Sean Cleary, Chairman of Strategic Concepts (Pty) Ltd, from South Africa.
