Gallup.Com: Gallup Finds U.S. Unemployment Down to 9.6% in Mid-April

Unemployment, as measured by Gallup without seasonal adjustment, fell to 9.6% in mid-April -- its lowest level since mid-January. With the broader underemployment rate at 19.2%, both measures are now down modestly from a year ago.
