Pictured are former Wellington mayor Herman Bailey to the left, myself and students at Bolland College where I spoke while visiting South Africa last week. Mayor Bailey, who has proven to be an absolutely indispensable leader and help to our efforts in the country, will chair our soon to be announced regional board serving the Western Cape of South Africa.
