Oslo_to_nyc_002The more I experience of Norway, the more I like. Even the airport is stylish (smile)!

During this trip I learned that Norway manages a $200 billion fund, mostly from oil profits, which is invested responsibility in companies and stock markets throughout the world. In fact, Norway is one of the largest investors "in the market" in the entire world. The profits from Norway’s investments, and its oil business, is reinvested in the quality of life of Norwegians – from free medical care, to free education, including higher education, to free daycare for children. I must say that from what I can see of the country, and its people, their system works well for them. Also, Norway is one of the leading donors of aid dollars to African countries and other developing countries throughout the world. The Norwegians really have a warmth and heart about them which is commendable.  Great leadership as well, in the King and my friend HRH Crown Prince Haakon Magnus.

Onward, with HOPE
