Join me virtually tomorrow, March 22, for the Bloomberg Equality Summit where I’ll be speaking.

In its fifth year, the Bloomberg Equality Summit will convene leaders to discuss the progress on pledges, policies and programs that are creating a more equitable workplace and society. This year’s theme is Measuring the Movement: Accountability in Action. The dual shocks of the Covid-19 pandemic and a profound reckoning on race sparked a global movement. Rallying calls for change quickly shifted to calls for racial and economic equity. And now, nearly two years later, greater calls for measurement and accountability. The push to create a more equitable workplace and society at large is being driven by various stakeholders – each with their own list of priorities. Investors want intentionality, employees want empathy and accountability, consumers want change.

I, many of my colleagues and other special guests and subject matter experts, will spend the nenxt two days discussing different approaches and methodologies for pushing our society and the world towards equity and equality in various sectors. I  will be speaking on a panel tomorrow morning at 11:50 AM EDT on AltFinance and HBCUs. During the session we’ll be discussing and exploring efforts to boost diverse representation in the alternative investment industry via Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
