A few weeks ago, I had the honor of joining the 2021 Freedman’s Bank Forum with US Vice President @kamalaharris and US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and the Honorable Susan Rice, to Treasury Deputy Secretary Wally Adeyamo. It was a historic moment.
@operationhopehq and I worked together with Secretary Jack Lew to rename the building to Freedman’s Bank Building in 2015. Then in 2016, we launched the first Forum with US Treasury — again a historic moment.
