Yesterday, I made an appearance with Stephanie Ruhle on MSNBC to discuss the worker shortage that many small businesses are facing today. While many are citing increased benefits through the pandemic as the culprit, I suggest that its a tell-tale sign of a widespread hope shortage and an increase in personal living standards in America.
