DAVENPORT, Iowa–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kaplan University, in partnership with Operation HOPE, today launched the Operation HOPE Financial Literacy (HFL) Professional Certification Training course. Specifically designed to prepare financial professionals to teach financial literacy workshops in the community, the self-paced, non-credit course is being offered through Open College at Kaplan University, a new college within Kaplan University.
