Operation HOPE is sending our prayers and condolences to the families of the nine people killed in the Lear 36 Executive Jet that left Nassau, Bahamas for the 2014 Global Leadership Summit. The plane passengers included the prominent minister and motivational speaker Dr. Myles Munroe, his wife Ruth and daughter Charisa of the Bahamas Faith Ministries International. The ministry's senior vice president and pastor, Richard Pinder, was also on the plane.
Global HOPE Ambassador and civil rights icon, Ambassador Andrew Young and his assistant Patra Marsden were scheduled to be on the flight. Ambassador Young also issued a statement about "the tragic death of his friends Dr. Myles and Mrs. Ruth Munroe. He offers condolences to the Monroe family and the families of the other souls who lost their lives as a result of this shocking plane crash."
We will continue to remember the Munroe family and the powerful legacy they created worldwide.
