In early June of this year, Suntrust notified me that I had been declined a credit card due to, among other things, “Serious delinquency” in my credit history. My goal was to obtain a new card with a zero introductory interest rate so I could transfer a $4000+ balance from a card that was about to start charging interest. I discussed this matter with Eric A. Host, the Branch Mgr. at the Horn Lake Money Market and he advised me to contact Leveda McCou to see if she could help me examine my credit worthiness.

I finally met with the lovely and talented Ms. McCou, in late August. She examined my credit history, noting that all the creditors listed, showed my status as “Paying as agreed”, or something similar. Leveda then called someone with Suntrust and recommended that they revisit my application and approve it.

I soon received a letter from Suntrust, noting that my Equifax Credit Score is 722, and soon after that I went to my Suntrust Checking Account on-line, and was shocked to see a new Credit Card Account, in my name with a $4500 line of credit. I am in the process of transferring the balance onto my new Suntrust Credit Card, which will obviously save me thousands of dollars in interest fees.

My heartfelt thanks go out to Eric A. Host for pointing me in the right direction, and to Leveda McCou, for going to bat for me. You folks have made my life better and I hope the best for you all!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Sincerely,

Michael A.
