Tara Dennis 9Operation HOPE is pleased and excited to announce the promotion of Tara Dennis to Atlanta District Manager for Operation HOPE. In this newly created position, she will have oversight and cross-training responsibilities for the youth, adult and emergency operations workforce in her district. Most recently, Tara was the Portfolio Manager for Youth Empowerment Initiatives for the Atlanta Market where she was a standout performer who consistently exceeded expectations. Tara will continue to report directly to Atlanta Market CEO Jay Bailey.

Improving both organizational success and team performance through cross-training is central to HOPE capitalizing on functional excellence and is critical in order for functional specialists to make the greatest possible contribution to HOPE and the customers we serve.

Consistent with Chairman Bryant’s vision and mission, Division Managers for Youth (Mary Ersham), Adult (Lance Triggs), and Emergency (Oliver Bell) will continue to provide executive leadership to all markets with respect to policies, procedures and strategic direction.

Tara joined HOPE on January 11, 2010. She holds a BS in Health from Texas A & M and holds an Executive MBA from Stetson School of Business and Economics at Mercer University in McDonough, GA.
