Chris Moore’s unique, informed and intelligent grasp of the issues has made his show a magnet for callers and a lightning rod for controversy. Away from the radio, Chris is probably best-known for his work on Black Horizons on WQED-TV. He has co-hosted and produced the Emmy-winning series, the longest running minority-affairs program on public television, since 1968. He also produced and narrated Wylie Avenue Days, an Emmy Award-winning documentary on the Hill District.

Chris Moore is a Grambling State University graduate and Vietnam veteran. He serves as a member of the board of Fairview Park and the co-director of the Pittsburgh Black Media Federation’s Frank Bolden Urban Journalism Workshop.
