 Operation HOPE (HOPE) welcomes Robert W. K. Webb, Chief Human Resources Officer for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, the global hospitality company, onto its Global Board of Directors. Recently, Hyatt became an Operation HOPE partner.

Mr. Webb’s appointment reflects Operation HOPE’s commitment to recruit exceptional leaders as it promotes financial literacy, encourages entrepreneurship and nurtures economic freedom for the underserved worldwide.

Robert Webb has served as Hyatt’s Chief Human Resources Officer since August 2007 and Executive Vice President since 2011.  For nearly two decades, Mr. Webb served as Head of Global Service Delivery for Citi Employee Services at Citigroup Inc., a global financial services company, as well as Chief Administrative Officer and various senior human resources roles for leading domestic and international companies. 

As an ambassador for HOPE’s “silver rights,” Mr. Webb will help provide the guidance and leadership necessary for the continued development of HOPE programs and initiatives.  Mr. Webb will also play an active role in national and global events highlighting the importance of financial literacy and dignity.
