In his position, Kevin will help lead efforts to further financial dignity and financial inclusion through Project 5117, the organization's goal to empower underserved communities by 2020. Kevin E. Boucher is an accomplished leader who achieves high-performing results by recognizing that people are an organization’s greatest asset. Mr. Boucher has been able to successfully implement innovative strategies to turn around under-performing organizations in both the non-profit and business sectors. Throughout his career he has been a successful developer of people, able to inspire, motivate and lead others towards a common purpose while delivering measurable results.

Prior to joining Operation HOPE, Mr. Boucher served as a District Manager for Public Storage, Inc., overseeing a portfolio of properties in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, responsible for over $15 million in annual revenue. As a strategic consultant, Mr. Boucher provided organizations such as California State University, Dominguez Hills, the Greater Los Angeles Special Olympics and MTV with strategic planning visions, mission statement development and short and long-term growth strategies designed to enhance revenue, raise awareness and provide operational excellence.

A global nonprofit, dedicated to financial dignity, Operation HOPE promotes self-respect and self-sufficiency through financial literacy and education tools to underserved communities in more than 300 cities worldwide.
