Special from Walter Jackson, HOPE Leader for the HOPE Inside at Ebenezer. An excerpt from the HOPE Inside Ebenezer business plan for 2014.
Our state-of-the art HOPE Inside serves Greater Metropolitan Atlanta. HOPE Inside Ebenezer (HIE) is a one-stop-shop providing freeone-on-one coaching, computer workstations, and a professional workspace to help small businesses and individuals achieve economic success.
HOPE embraces the cultivation of the Flagship HOPE Inside Ebenezer (HIE). The first of its kind in partnership with a church and poised to accept the mantle of the “Poor People’s Campaign,” an initiative which returns us to the place where Dr. King’s legacy was interrupted by an assassins’ bullet with the sophistication of modern technology and the wisdom of a grass roots ground swell movement. The intentionality of this location, partnership, and deep-rooted community entrenchment prepares the way for the HOPE Inside to become the epicenter of our work for the newest chapter of the HOPE legacy, “the next 20 years”.
HIE will provide the surrounding community with access to economic and financial literacy empowerment programs. HIE will use a multi-partner approach from both local finance companies, and community-based organizations. HIE will also be the epicenter for coordinating outreach efforts to rural areas surrounding the metro-Atlanta region. Over time, the HIE will implement monitoring and evaluation initiatives to assist the local community in improving their credit rating. HIE will also host a community empowerment series to further educate the local community.
HOPE Inside at Ebenezer will become the moral center, and the national flagship of and for the growing national HOPE Inside network. To get involved with HOPE Inside at Ebenezer and our growing silver rights movement, contact Walter Jackson today.
