After nearly two months of hard work and dedication to the HOPE Business In A Box entrepreneurship program, image (15)three winning businesses were announced yesterday at West Career Academy.

“Clean Cuts Shop” will be West Denver’s newest barber shop where it’s two founding owners will entertain their clients and guests with video games and music while they wait.

“Divine Bags” is a handmade makeup bag company started by a young woman who will be using fun fabric with animal, mustache, and Marilyn Monroe prints to make sure her bags are unique.

And finally, “Jamaica’s Backyard” is a Jamaican food cart, started by a young woman who loves this Caribbean cuisine which is not easily accessible in the metro area.
