ATLANTA – September 12, 2013 – Operation HOPE announced today the addition of Joseph M. "Trey" Loughran, President, Equifax Personal Information Solutions, to the Southeastern Board of Directors.  Loughran will also serve on the HOPE Inside National Advisory Board, a committee devoted to empowering the financial advancement of adults in underserved communities.

As HOPE’s newest Silver Rights Ambassador, Loughran will help further the organization’s goal to provide individuals and communities with better access to credit and financial education.  As a member of the southeastern board, Loughran will make recommendations on national policy and help generate the support of elected officials, school administrations and grassroots organizations.  

Loughran is responsible for the consumer business of Equifax that provides credit monitoring, identity management and debt reduction solutions to individuals across the U.S. and Canada. Promoted to this position in December 2009, Loughran previously led the company's corporate development efforts, including leading global mergers and acquisitions and the company’s business expansion in new international markets including Russia and India.
