Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Treasury

We are honored to have the Secretary of the Treasury for Rwanda scheduled to speak at the Closing Session entitled WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE, of the HOPE Global Financial Dignity Summit, on November 15th, 2012.  Secretary Sayinzoga comes to the summit representing our good friend President Paul Kagame of Rwanda, and a nation which has displayed incredible leadership and vision of and for the continent of Africa.  We are honored to have her with us.

Joining Secretary Sayinzoga at the Closing Session will be Honorable Penny Low, Member of Parliament for Singapore, Sean Cleary, Chairman of the Global Advisory Board, and Richard Ketchum, CEO of FINRA.

Kampeta Pitchette Sayinzoga currently serves as Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Treasury at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Rwanda since December 2009. She was previously the Government's Chief Economist and Director of Macroeconomic policy at the same Ministry. Prior to this, she had served as Junior Professional Associate in the World Bank's Rwanda Country Office. 
She currently sits on several boards such as Rwanda Revenue Authority, the East African Development Bank and Public Sector Capacity Building Secretariat, and also chairs the Development Partners Coordination Group, which gathers government and donors at senior level in Rwanda.
She holds a Masters in Development Economics from Nottingham University (UK). "

Following the Closing Plenary Session, Hip Hope Mogul Russell Simmons, founder of his own unique group of companies, and entrepreneur John Hope Bryant, founder of Operation HOPE, will close the summit out with a bold vision for the future — a generation of youth entrepreneurship for all.
