Ambassador Yuzawa stood arm in arm with John Hope Bryant and Operation HOPE in the days, weeks and months immediately following the Rodney King Riots of South Central Los Angeles, in 1992. Ambassador Yuzawa served as a bridge builder then, and since, between blacks, whites and Asians, in the hostage crisis later in Peru, where he played a role in achieving peace once again, and in so many other contexts and environments.  Ambassador Yuzawa speaks English, Spanish, Japanese and the international language of peace.  Ambassador Yuzawa is a legend of leadership, and we are honored to have him at the HOPE Global Financial Dignity Summit, 2012, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Born in Yokohama,Japan ,1940. Married.

Graduated from WASEDA University, Japan in 1963 majored in international economics.

Since April 2011 to date, Executive Managing Director, Institute for International Trade and Investment, Tokyo,Japan

2007—2010  Senior Advisor to the Minister of Trade and Industry of Egyptian Government for export promotion as well as Chief Advisor of the EEPC (Egyptian Export Promotion Center) Project of JICA( Japan International Cooperation Agency). 2006—2007,  Auditor of Japan Economic Foundation

1999—2003  Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of El Salvador, Central America
