Leading up to its highly anticipated HOPE Global Financial Dignity Summit, Operation HOPE plans to bring community, government and private sector leaders together in a series of important Local Financial Dignity & Inclusion Working Group Meetings to develop solutions for the future of free enterprise and capitalism. The meetings, recorded and included in the global Financial Dignity & Inclusion eLibrary developed by HOPE, will be delivered in a final report to the President of the United States in January 2013.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 24, 2012

Financial dignity nonprofit Operation HOPE announced today a plan that brings community, government and private sector leaders together in a series of Local Financial Dignity & Inclusion Working Group Meetings where participants will share thoughts and develop solutions for the future of free enterprise and capitalism for all. All meetings will be recorded and included in the global Financial Dignity & Inclusion eLibrary.

The Local Financial Dignity & Inclusion Working Group Meetings, designed to be inclusive of a broad range of voices and perspectives across America and internationally, from deep grassroots to corporate, government, academia and faith, will have only one rule and one objective; no complaints without associated recommended solutions, and framing the future. Specifically, a positive future vision of how we make free enterprise and capitalism work for all in a reset world.

The meetings will culminate at the HOPE Global Financial Dignity Summit in November.

“Against the backdrop of the current global economic crisis we believe that these key local meetings are an ideal opportunity to engage leaders and advocates from all levels and sectors of society, and to figure out what we are 'for' in today's society,” said HOPE Founder, Chairman and CEO John Hope Bryant. “We also believe that in a global economy anchored by the consumer, financial illiteracy becomes a real threat to our shared global prosperity, and understanding the ‘language of money’ is the first step to empowering the average person with the tools they need to both protect themselves and their families. Financial dignity is the goal, financial inclusion is the way, and financial literacy is one of the many vitally important tools.”

The sessions are expected to start in July, as a lead up to the HOPE Global Financial Dignity Summit in November. The most active and engaged local delegates will participate in the Summit deliberations, and any local leader that organizes a complete series will be formally recognized by the summit co-chairs. The final report with the results and findings are to be delivered to the President of the United States and G20 leaders by January 15th, 2013.

The innovation of these gatherings hinges around being able to capture, review and share the outcome from the discussions. Each meeting will be recorded and made available online to national organizers as solutions for economic problems at a local level.
