My friend and special advisor Fred D. Smith at Operation HOPE, says this about this new technological innovation;

“With virtual people, interactive vending machines, phone apps and the ability to order in restaurants from e-tablet menus, most all low wage jobs will be gone in a few years. Teenagers must stay in school and current low wage employees must obtain living wage skills.”

I could not agree more with Fred.  It is a brave new world in front of us, and this is but one of the many reasons I am encouraging this generation of youth to become a generation of entrepreneurs, small business owners, self-employment projects and job-creators.
