The legislation put forward here in the U.S. House and Senate was inspired by Operation HOPE's work on the ground, in communities, HBCU's and colleges and universities. This initiative is but one of the results of the National Framework Agreement between Operation HOPE and the FINANCIAL SERVICES ROUNDTABLE.
