The Operation HOPE family is proud and pleased to have our own Jennifer Thibeaux, Director of the Operation HOPE Office of Innovation, Research & Assessment, representing us as a speaker at the White House Urban Entrepreneurship Forum, Orlando, Florida this week.  The Forum, hosted by the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, will take place on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011, at the National Entrepreneurship Center.

Jennifer Thibeaux began working with Operation HOPE in 2010 as the Director of the Office of Innovation, Research, & Assessment. Realizing the importance of the new office for Operation HOPE, Jennifer accepted the charge to establish and launch the Office so that it becomes a strong support system to the entire organization including stakeholders.

Jennifer Thibeaux is in the final stages of her dissertation in her doctoral studies (Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Training & Performance Improvement from Capella University). She also has Masters of Arts in Education – Curriculum and Instruction in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix. She has run large research projects for Fortune 500 organizations, and continues to be an advisor to many executives and board members in the areas of performance improvement and innovation.

Currently Jennifer is establishing an innovation model for the Gallup-Operation HOPE Financial Literacy Index (GOHFLI) findings that will provide a systematic approach to identifying, implementing, and measuring interventions within K-12 school systems. Additionally she has designed a 10-yr plan with each portfolio and initiative within Operation HOPE to be able to leverage the progress to date, and establish a continual improvement model within each area.

Jennifer resides in Frisco, Texas with her daughter.
