From January 9th, 2007-August 16th, 2011, Operation HOPE and E TRADE FINANCIAL have jointly procided 31 home purchase matching grants (funds provided by E TRADE FINANCIAL), totaling more than $8.8 million in mortgages for new American homeowners.
