And here are s few words directly from a future leader, Mr. Amand Troy.  And ladies, forget about it for the moment (smile). This man is FOCUSED on the mission of increasing, advancing and making something meaningful out of his life, and in his life mission. Let him do that, give him room for that, and then there will be even more for you (smile).

"I am a sophomore, English Major, Leadership Studies Minor at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. My leadership endeavors have included the National Youth Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., the City Council Youth Commission for the City of Columbus, Ohio, and the Midwestern Leadership Development Institute. Armand has been civically engaged with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), The YWCA Family Center, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and the Invisible Children Organization. My work experiences includes stints with Merrill Lynch, A.D. Farrow’s Harley Davidson, and Limited Brands. I carry a 3.55 G.P.A. My favorite hobbies are music and spending quality time with friends and family.

“In everything we do, we strive to inspire, empower, and better at least one. By expressing unconditional compassion, generosity, and selflessness we build life-linking bridges from which we may truly effect change on another human life; ultimately making a conscious decision to realize commonalities amongst all walks of life, improve fundamental living conditions and maximize the potential achievement of both individual and common goals and dreams. A gift is not a gift, until it has been given twice.”

– This is the premise by which I strive to live my life. As young a adult I have been blessed to have mentors such as John Hope Bryant who are a living breathing embodiment of these words.
