Ambassador Young and John Hope Bryant in 2005

Financial Literacy Empowerment nonprofit Operation HOPE (HOPE) is pleased to announce “Operation HOPE Day” at the Georgia State Capitol." Focused on celebrating the sacrifice of over 1,400 volunteers who have brought financial literacy empowerment into Georgia classrooms and institutions of higher learning, the event seeks to expose the need for financial literacy programming in communities across the state to more Georgia government officials.

Official activities will involve community leaders such as State Senator Donzella James and State Representative Judy Manning who will award volunteers for their contributions to the greater Atlanta community.
