As House Republicans prepare to vote on repealing the healthcare law, the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index finds 16.4% of American adults were uninsured in 2010, statistically unchanged from 2009, but up from 14.8% in 2008. Hispanic Americans remain the most likely to be uninsured.
