Honored to be here with my hero and mentor, and HOPE Global Spokesman, civil rights icon Ambassador Andrew Young, and his wife Carolyn Young, as Ambassador Young presents his most recent film “Change in the Wind,” at Morehouse College here in Atlanta, Georgia. This film chronicles the life and legacy of Dr. Benjamin E. Mays, president of Morehouse College and mentor to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The backdrop of the film, directed by C.B. Hackworth, is the complicated yet beautiful relationship between Dr. Mays and Mrs. Margaret Miller, author of “Gone With The Wind,” and later, benefactor of Morehouse. Hats off to Ambassador Young who did a great job, once again, with a great film. Should be viewed by any and all who think racial conflict, or reconciliation, is alternatively simple, or simply impossible. An inspiring story.

Honored to also see the film in the company of friends and leaders here in Atlanta, including friends Chris Tucker, Andrea Young, president of the Young Foundation, and Ms. Natasha L. Foreman.

One person can make a difference. Be that one person.
