Recently I had the pleasure of presenting two workshops on leadership to some of the participants in the Four Corners Conference for Professional Development held at San Juan College in Farmington. In both of those workshops I distributed a bibliography of important books on leadership a list which, in spite of its length, only touches the surface of the ever-burgeoning body of literature on leadership and management. Several of the participants in those workshops suggested that it could be beneficial for individuals not in attendance to see this bibliography. We will publish 1/2 of the list this week and the second half the week of Nov. 9, and that will constitute the body of my monthly column.
