This week at the Harlem HOPE Center in New York a group of 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade high school students from Washington, D.C. toured our Harlem location, and participated in a Banking on Our Future financial literacy workshop, all sponsored by GMAC’s Financial Awareness Day.

A special commendation goes out here to GMAC, the Financial Services Roundtable and its Community Service 2008 campaign, and Operation HOPE’s Lance Triggs, EVP and chief of the HOPE Banking Center Network, and last but not least Reggie Mason, vice president and manager of the New York (Harlem) HOPE Center.

Those in the New York and Harlem area can visit the HOPE Center at 2511 Frederick Douglass Boulevard, at 134th Street.  The telephone number there is          917 477 2800       . Ask for Reggie Mason.

Onward and with HOPE
