"I think that Dr. King would look at where America is today and say that we have come a long way. He would also say that, in some ways, we are losing ground. America has made great progress against legal racism, but there has been little to no progress in overcoming poverty. What are we going to do for the least of these, God's children? Dr. King went to public school and he would be upset about the neglect of education and of our teenagers at this time. There are more people living in poverty today in America then when Dr. King was alive."
