Fred is the director of HOPE Coalition America (HCA), our emergency economic disaster preparedness, response and recovery initiative, an active partnership with U.S. Department of Homeland Security/FEMA, as well as a national partner with the American Red Cross. HCA has assisted more than 78,000 victims of Hurricane Katrina alone.
Fred is the former assistant treasurer and deputy treasurer for the State of California.
