While none of the powerful CEOs and amazing leaders from my national or regional boards accepted my challenge to ride 40 miles following our recent board retreat, except my friend John Robinson that is, it was John Robinson at 36.5 miles that actually beat me, and good, returning first to our Marina del Rey, California starting point.
It wasn’t until we were well under way on our ride that I found out that John has rode more than 100 miles at a stretch! Good going John. It was a fantastic day, with a great friend, cramps and all (smile).
