Friends…
Here is Professor Pekka Himanen of Finland, HRH Crown Prince Haakon Magnus of Norway, our dear friend and valued advisor Martina Gmur of the World Economic Forum, and me hanging out at the opening session of the Forum of Young Global Leaders meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
Pekka, the Crown Prince and I are working on something very special, to be announced very soon. Something we believe will make the world a better place. More to come. More than 100 new and returning YGL’s were invited to the Annual Meeting of the WEF, including San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, the Google co-founders, my friend Amy Butte, chief financial officer of the New York Stock Exchange (and the reason for our new partnership with them to teach financial literacy in low wealth NYC schools), Member of Parliament for Singapore Penny Low, and a whole host of very impressive others. Our keynote speakers this evening included the former President of Poland and the founder and chairman of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab.
