What a great experience….for the adults as well as the kids!
Here Mr. Frank Bonetto, vice chairman and regional banking president for Bank of the West, and another volunteer HOPE Corps member, Gleena, from Union Bank of California (and my friend Gina Wolley, executive vice president for Bank of the West, who is hiding off to the right – smile), teach a Banking on Our Future class to 4th graders at Fruitvale Elementary School this morning. Frank got so jazzed he pulled out his own checkbook (from Bank of the West, of course) and made some real life examples of "financial literacy" decisions that he and his family makes on a regular basis — and they will soon have to do too!
