Apr_2005_010_1Friends of HOPE indeed.

It was great getting together earlier today in Washington, D.C., with friends and now new board members Brian Jones and Trooper Sanders.

Brian Jones, a former speech writer for President George W. Bush, is now the manager of government relations for Dell Computers (a partner with HOPE and a donor to our HOPE Center, Washington, D.C.-Anacostia), based in D.C., and has recently agreed to join our Operation HOPE Mid-Atlantic regional board. Trooper Sanders, the former domestic policy advisor to then U.S. Vice President Al Gore and the first director of our HOPE Coalition America, is now the newly minted domestic policy advisor for former President Bill Clinton, and a new director-elect for the Operation HOPE Northeastern Regional Board! Who said we all could not "get along…." Two special people, one new political party — THE GET IT DONE PARTY!

Onward, with HOPE
